A Quality Manager is assigned to oversee the system and interact with customer quality personnel, to assure all requirements are met. It is the intent of this Company to maintain a flexibility within the system to meet all of our customers' present and future needs.

The manufacturing system at Hartzell Machine Works meets the requirements of ISO-9002. A few of our customers are Boeing, TA Instruments, Swales Aerospace, ESCO, Alloy Surfaces, DuPont, and General Electric.
